Welcome to Clep! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Clep, a trading name under Khuyul Elragaa General Trading L.L.C, a company licensed and registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate this website and store, offering curated fashion products and services (“Services”) to you.

By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our Services.

1. ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate information during account creation and checkout, and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.Your electronic agreement (through site navigation, order placement, or account creation) is legally binding under the UAE Electronic Transactions Law.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, imagery, and representation. However, colors or textures may appear differently depending on your screen. We may modify or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order. Once placed, orders cannot be changed or cancelled unless approved. Your purchase is for personal use and not for resale. All purchases are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

4. PRICING & BILLING

Prices are in AED and may be updated without notice. UAE orders include a flat AED 15 shipping fee; GCC shipping varies by region. Taxes and fees (including VAT) are added at checkout.

You represent that all payment details provided are true and authorized. We will not impose unfair or hidden fees, and our pricing will follow the UAE Consumer Protection requirements.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries.

  • UAE deliveries: 2 - 4 business day

  • GCC deliveries: Timeframe varies by region

We are not liable for shipping delays once the order is handed to the carrier. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for orders within the United Arab Emirates only. Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with tags.

If approved, the return address will be provided via email. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our website, including visuals, product names, logos, and branding, is the property of Clep or its licensors and protected by UAE and international laws. You may not use any content without express permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use Shopify to host our website and may link to third-party tools or sites. We are not liable for content or services on third-party platforms.

9. FEEDBACK

By submitting reviews or comments (“Feedback”), you grant Clep full rights to use such content for marketing or service improvement. You confirm you hold the rights to any submitted material.We provide a clear complaint channel where shoppers can submit issues; unresolved disputes can be referred to the Ministry of Economy’s Consumer Protection Department.

10. ERRORS & OMISSIONS

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may occasionally contain errors. We reserve the right to correct or update information at any time without notice.

11. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose, to violate local or international laws, infringe on intellectual property, or engage in harmful, abusive, or fraudulent behavior.

12. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services for any violation of these Terms.

13. DISCLAIMER

Our Services and products are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the site.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Clep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products purchased.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clep and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

16. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted here. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance.

19. Platform Transparency
