Refund and Return Policy
At Clep, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to assist — within the guidelines below.
Returns (United Arab Emirates Only)
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for orders within the United Arab Emirates.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
- First exchange is free of charge, second exchange will incur a delivery charge (United Arab Emirates only)
To start a return, please contact us at info@clepwear.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
No Returns Outside the UAE
At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders delivered outside the United Arab Emirates.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@clepwear.com with your order number and photos. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right. In compliance with UAE law, if an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a replacement, or full refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Please contact us before placing your order if you have any concerns about a specific item.
Exchanges (United Arab Emirates Only)
If you would like a different item or size, please return the original (if eligible) and chose your desired piece or size.
Exchanges are only available for orders within the United Arab Emirates.
Refunds (United Arab Emirates Only)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please email us at info@clepwear.com.
If you are not satisfied with a return, refund, or replacement outcome, you can file a complaint with the UAE Ministry of Economy’s Consumer Protection Department. We remain committed to resolving disputes as swiftly and fairly as possible.
