How do I place an order?

All orders are placed exclusively through our official website. Each piece is released in limited quantities to preserve Clep’s sense of rarity and timelessness.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. At present, we deliver across the UAE and GCC. One of our immediate priorities is to extend shipping to Egypt — the homeland and inspiration behind Clep — before expanding our journey beyond borders.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Within the UAE, your Clep piece arrives in 2–4 business days. For the wider GCC, delivery takes 4–7 business days.

How do I know my size?

Each garment features a tailored size chart to guide you. Clep silhouettes are crafted with precision, but we encourage checking the chart on every item to ensure the perfect fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit, debit cards and Tabby.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions on Clep are processed through encrypted, secure gateways to ensure your peace of mind.

Are taxes included in the price shown at checkout?

No. Prices displayed are exclusive of VAT and applicable duties. These will be calculated and added at checkout so you have full transparency before completing your order.

What is your return & exchange policy?

Because we want every woman to feel like the goddess she is in Clep, we gladly accept returns if your piece is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are only available within the UAE for now.

First exchange is free of charge, second exchange will incur a delivery charge.
